CourtSync Calendar automatically converts scheduling orders into calendar events using the Gemini AI API. By intelligently parsing deadlines, hearings, and trial dates from a scheduling order PDF, it eliminates manual calendar entry and streamlines litigation calendaring.
CourtSync Calendar makes NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEES OF ACCURACY. You are and remain responsible for accurate calendaring of dates. CourtSync Calendar is a tool that attempts to accurately extract, calculate, and calendar dates using artificial intelligence (AI). CourtSync Calendar is subject to user errors, AI errors, programming errors, and other errors. You must verify that any dates calculated and/or calendared are accurate before relying on them. CourtSync Calendar uses Google's Gemini AI API to process your PDF scheduling orders and extract the relevant dates. All data is processed according to the Gemini AI API privacy policy, which states in part that, for paid API users such as CourtSync Calendar:
“Google doesn't use your prompts (including associated system instructions, cached content, and files such as images, videos, or documents) or responses to improve our products, and will process your prompts and responses in accordance with the Data Processing Addendum for Products Where Google is a Data Processor. For Paid Services, Google logs prompts and responses for a limited period of time, solely for the purpose of detecting violations of the Prohibited Use Policy and any required legal or regulatory disclosures. This data may be stored transiently or cached in any country in which Google or its agents maintain facilities.”
The developer of CourtSync Calendar does not directly collect or store uploaded user data (scheduling orders) through your use of CourtSync Calendar. The developer only collects purchase, registration, and licensing data necessary to sell the program and/or provide customer service. The developer can only view aggregate usage of the program by all users, as reported by the Gemini AI API for billing purposes, and cannot view individual user usage or specific user data.
